Douglas Decorative Range Undercoat Black - 500ml provides the ideal foundation prior to painting. It has excellent blocking out properties covering marks and light stains. This undercoat is recommended for use beneath gloss and semi-gloss finishes. It is suitable for interior and exterior use on wood, metal, plaster and all normal surfaces for a perfect finish.
